What you’ll be doing

You’ll progress through a series of 24-week placements with different central teams, tackling real-world business problems, developing new skills, and gaining deep insight into our business and industry. You’ll also spend some time each year working in a retail store, where you’ll be able to get a better understanding of our customers and their needs.

What you’ll need to join us

Our colleagues ‘Make Morrisons’. You’ll be no exception. We’re looking for graduates who will take ownership of problems and solve them, and who will bring a positive, determined attitude to everything they do. You need to be a great communicator and listener with the ability to lead, influence and build strong working relationships with all kinds of people. It’s also important that you have strong analytical and decision-making skills. You must have a minimum 2:1 degree and a full UK driving licence.
