What you’ll be doing

You’ll do three finance placements over three experience-filled years. In that time, you’ll get involved in real-life projects touching everything from accounting, tax and treasury to financial planning, analysis and business intelligence while earning a starting salary of £27,000. You’ll also do two short placements in our stores to give you an even better understanding of our business and our customers.

As well as learning on-the-job, you’ll study for a level 7 CIMA qualification – and we’ll support you by paying your exam fees and giving you study leave. By the end of the three years, you’ll have all the skills and experience you need to enjoy a rewarding career as an accountant.

What you’ll need to join us

Our colleagues ‘Make Morrisons’. You’ll be no exception. So, it’s important that you are great communicator and listener who enjoys working in a challenging, fast-paced environment and can build strong relationships with diverse teams. We look for graduates who can solve problems, apply common sense, and keep their finger on the pulse of what’s happening across our business. Also important are good numerical and analytical skills, and a real flair for analysing and presenting data.

You must have a minimum 2:1 degree (any discipline) as well as 3 A levels at Grade B (or equivalent) and Grade C (4) in Maths and English GCSEs. A full UK driving licence is essential.
