We move millions of products from farm to fork as quickly as possible. Unlike our competitors, we own most of our own supply chain. We’re both food makers and shopkeepers. You can play a key role in working in the heart of your community with our Logistics Graduate Scheme.

Our logistics teams are at the heart of everything we do. And that means we can offer you a joined-up training experience that you won’t get elsewhere.

Join us, on our two-year Logistics Graduate Scheme, and you’ll gain unique insight into an immense and complex operation, while earning a starting salary of £27,000.  You’ll learn what it takes to get the best food and products to our customers, ensuring everything arrives on time and in tiptop shape.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll gain exposure to different roles and exciting projects while exploring every aspect of an international supply chain – from working in our distribution sites in transport, ambient or fresh warehouse, to merchandising and space planning for our products.

This is not a 9-5 job. It involves early starts and late finishes, and there will be times where you have to work bank holidays and weekends. You also have to be able to find solutions, quickly and efficiently, as things move very fast and every day is different.

The start of a great career

We’re confident you’ll find working at Morrisons rewarding, our team spirit is hard to beat! We celebrate individuals and their achievements, it’s all about getting stuck in, learning tons, and bringing what makes you special to make us better.
