Join us, on our Graduate Scheme, and you’ll gain a deep insight into the Nutmeg business, as you work alongside the members of our Buying team in Coalville (Leicestershire) to plan and source a competitively priced product range.

What you’ll be doing

This scheme gives you accountability for your own category from day one. So with support from our highly skilled industry professionals, you’ll get straight into managing areas like strategy, products, performance and quality, while looking to maximise sales and build strong supplier relationships around the globe.

Along the way you’ll be able to gain an excellent understanding of our customer profiles and the latest market trends. You will also have opportunities to hone your negotiation skills and build your commercial sense.

What you’ll need to join us

So it’s important that you are a great communicator and listener who can build successful working relationships with colleagues across our business. Given the pace here, you’ll need strong analytical and decision-making skills. You also need resilience, a positive attitude and the determination to take ownership of problems and solve them. You must have a minimum 2:1 degree and a full UK driving licence.
