Whether you’re thinking on your feet and coming up with new solutions or inspiring colleagues to make the shopping experience as good as it can be.

Retail management isn’t for everyone. Roles tend to be shift based and may require early starts, late finishes and weekends, as well as working bank holidays and during peak times of the year. But if you like the idea of learning how to run your own store, and you want to help customers at the heart of the action, then this could be the perfect scheme for you.

What you’ll be doing

Over two years, you’ll work with different store teams, learning about our operations, systems and procedures and how to run a store. It will involve you getting stuck into all kinds of new challenges and no two days will be the same.

It will also see you moving up quickly. You’ll be running your own team from the word go. And from there, you’ll move rapidly into a Manager role – leading a department, managing colleagues, driving projects and getting people on board with your new ideas. Our structured reviews will guide your progress and help you become a future store manager.
