What you’ll be doing

Over the course of this two-year scheme, you’ll work across various functions including e-commerce, marketing and technology while tackling all kinds of projects and enjoying first-class training.

The aim of the scheme is to help you gain a deep understanding of our business, and develop the analytical, project management and commercial skills you need to succeed. All while delivering real improvements for customers and colleagues.

By the end of it, you will be ready to take your first, confident steps on the road to building a brilliant career in digital technology.

What you’ll need to join us

Our colleagues ‘Make Morrisons’. You’ll be no exception. So, it’s important that you are a great communicator and listener who can build successful working relationships with a diverse team of people. A passion for technology is absolutely essential, as are strong analytical skills and the creativity to design and implement innovative solutions. You also need resilience, a positive attitude and the determination to take ownership of problems and solve them. You must have a minimum 2:1 degree in a STEM related subject and a full UK driving licence.
