Graduate IT Business Analyst 

We are looking for a graduate with an understanding in both Information Technology and Business Administration for the role of Graduate IT Business Analyst. You will work alongside a global IT team, project and program managers, project directors and business stakeholders to perform detailed requirements gathering and analysis, developing Statement of Work, business cases and assist in defining project scope and success criteria.

To succeed in this role, you should possess an analytical way of thinking and the ability to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users, be a self-starter and have a positive can-do attitude.  

Graduate IT Developer – Data Warehouse

We are seeking a graduate data warehouse developer to help expand our data warehousing capability.
Working in the data warehouse team in our IT department, you will grow our enterprise data warehouse enabling delivery of our suite of powerful role-based dashboards.

Our enterprise data warehouse is hosted on an Azure SQL Server database. We use Azure Data factory and meta-data driven pipelines to populate and update the data warehouse. Azure Analysis Services makes data models available to the consumers of our data warehouse. Our processes are managed and documented in Azure DevOps and dashboards developed in PowerBI.

You will have a chance to work in the data warehouse team and extend our data warehouse data models to meet new requirements, working with our Business Analysts to understand requirements, perform data discovery and stage source data.

Graduate IT Project Manager

The IT Project Managers are responsible for managing global projects across the business, size ranging from small to large, across multiple disciplines including, but not limited to, infrastructure, software development and software asset management.

As a graduate, you will act as the key interface between the stakeholders in the projects, whilst managing the scope, budget, timeline, resource, quality, and benefits of the projects.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside teams from various disciplines throughout IT and the wider business, allowing you to expand your existing knowledge and understanding, whilst also forming valuable relationships across our exciting business.

Graduate IT Solutions Specialist - Compute and Storage Services

We are seeking for a graduate  to help support our drive towards optimisation via automation.  As a graduate, you will take an abstract requirement and turn that into a supported solution using automation to create a robust, repeatable and streamlined outcome.

Our mature Azure environment is the key to both our day to day business as usual compute requirements as well as an agile platform to allow just in time implementation of solutions to meet specific project needs. As a graduate Azure specialist, you will have a chance to work in the Compute and storage using automation tools like Microsoft DevOps and Infrastructure as code platforms like Terraform.

Graduate IT Solutions Specialist – Productivity Application

We are seeking a graduate IT solutions specialist to help expand our productivity applications team. Working in the productivity applications team, you will grow our suite of products by rolling out new applications, enhancing existing applications and helping the business gain maximum value from those applications. Our productivity applications team primarily focuses on the Microsoft 365 stack of products, but it also includes ServiceNow as well as an internally hosted Digital Archive.

You will have the chance to work in the productivity applications team to extend our range of applications to meet the ever-changing environment. You will have the opportunity to try your hand at business analysis, project management and change control as you perform applications investigations and then deploy changes to the production environment.

To apply for this scheme, you will have less than 12 months experience and have a degree or are expected to achieve one of the following degree disciplines:

  • Computer Science
  • Software Engineering
  • Project Management or related disciplines
  • Business Management

In your application you should be able to demonstrate your interest through relevant experience, such as studying relevant modules, or previous work experience.

We are looking for graduates with the following characteristics

  • Methodical approach to problem solving
  • Ability to use your initiative to undertake tasks efficiently and independently.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, which allow you to confidently liaise with clients and team members.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail and be able to demonstrate accurate technical drawings and good report writing.
