The Role
J. Murphy and Sons are looking for a HR Placement to join their dynamic People team on a 9 month fixed term contact based in the Head Office in Kentish Town London, working primarily with the learning and development and business partnering teams.
Duties
You will be involved with and supporting the following:
- Reviewing and updating our online learning system
- Social value activity
- Company inductions
- Professional memberships and qualifications
- Social content
- Programme analysis and evaluation
- Equality, Diversity and Inclusion programmes
- TUPE case work
- Employee Relations cases
You will also gain a good understanding of the wider team and their roles and projects
