Through the Finance graduate scheme you will undertake three 12-month placements with the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of roles across different types of Finance teams. The expectation is that the three placements would include experience in some of the placements detailed below, with the suggested path picking the latter roles in the later placements as you gain experience of National Grid, Finance and through undertaking a professional qualification (CIMA or ACCA). Most Finance teams are based in Warwick, with some based in London and Solihull, so depending on placements there may be opportunity to work at a variety of offices.

You will receive a starting salary of £29,254 (or £30,318 if you hold a Masters) and a £2000 joining bonus.
