Finance & Treasury Industrial Placement 2021

Our 12-month placement gives you a valuable first look at what it’s like to work here, with real responsibility and accountability. Choose which area best suits your interest and skill set: our Finance Generalist or Treasury Specialist Industrial Placement.

You’ll be based within either Finance or Treasury throughout your time with us, developing your experience and knowledge. We view our Industrial Placements as a pipeline into our Graduate Programmes.

What you’ll be doing
If you’re ambitious and driven to succeed, you’ve come to the right place. This is a real job and you’ll be on the ground ensuring we spend our members’ money wisely, improving efficiency and productivity in everything we do.
On the Finance programme, you could be working in areas including: Financial Reporting, Financial Controls and Operations, Treasury, Financial Planning and Stress Testing, Efficiency and Cost Management and Strategy & Change.
Within the Treasury Specialist, you will undertake all your placements within the Treasury sub-community.
Location is flexible, however there may be a requirement to be in Swindon or London office for some days a week depending on your placement.
Building and maintaining strong working relationships will give you a firm foundation upon which to tackle complex and sometimes ambiguous challenges. Attention to detail and an eagerness to find solutions is the key to succeeding.
