This role is based in the United Kingdom and as such all normal working days must be carried out in the United Kingdom.
About you
- To be eligible for our Human Resources programme, you’ll need to have, or be on course to achieving a 2:1 in your degree
- We’re looking for people who are passionate about understanding and supporting others; people with a talent for building great relationships built on understanding, empathy, and trust
- You’ll demonstrate great communication skills, a strong collaborative ethos and excellent organisational skills.
About the programme
As a graduate trainee in in Human Resources we’ll equip you with the knowledge, skills and experiences you’ll need to become a leading HR professional. You’ll learn how HR works in a large organisation and gain hands-on experience in a wide range of areas, from colleague wellbeing and talent management, to policy development and leadership support.
You’ll not only be learning, but bringing a fresh perspective to the table, helping us shape the strategy that underpins how we work together and support each other.
We’ll reward you with a starting salary of £31,850 a year. And on top of your salary, you’ll also have access to our flexible benefits package.
This is a two-year programme, where you can look forward to:
- Working with HR Partners and industry experts in fields like Reward & Employment and Organisational Effectiveness
- Supporting change projects from a people perspective
- Building excellent project and stakeholder management skills
- Developing the confidence and influencing skills to raise ideas and challenge the status quo
- Continuing your academic journey and ready to undertake a Level 5 CIPD qualification.
