About Us
Nestlé Academy has built its reputation as a continual innovator over a history of more than a century and a half. So for an ambitious Engineering Graduate, it really is the best of both worlds. A safe, secure business with which to build a successful career but, also, the kind of employer that encourages you to try new ways of doing things.
That’s why we’re now looking for people who love exploring ideas. Does that sound like you? For example, have you been weighing up which of the world’s biggest brands could get your career off to the best start, now that you’ve graduated or will be graduating soon?
That bold, impressive ability to look critically at your choices is just what we want to see from the next generation of Nestlé innovators.
Who are we looking for?
Our Engineers work relentlessly to keep our processes running like clockwork. They are problem solvers, remedy makers, visionaries who see problems before they occur. And those are the skills we’re after in you.
To qualify, you’ll need a relevant degree - which means BEng (Hons) with an Electrical, Electronic or Automation or Mechanical specialization with an interest in Electrical, Electronic, Digital and Automation. What really matters is how ready you are to get to work on your career. And how ready you are to learn what it takes to make the engineering decisions that will shape the future of our business.
You’ll be an agile learner, team supporter and resilient performer who takes pride in their work and is always looking for new ways to apply their learning and initiative.
Please note that you can only make one application per annual recruitment intake, so do take time to consider what’s going to suit you best. You must have the right to work in the UK.
