The role

With opportunities nationwide, this is a great chance for you to get to know first-hand how our agency/branch network operates and the critical role our regional teams play in driving the business forward. It is a tailored 3 year programme, in a commercially focused environment, with your own personal mentor, offering the exciting prospect of becoming involved in day to day operations right from the start. Initially learning everything there is to know about our products, you will then put that knowledge to good use, shadowing our regional sales teams, working on sales campaigns, completing branch placements and seeing how the business grows. This is designed to give you a real breadth and depth of experience, ensuring you are fully equipped to take your career in the direction you choose, whether that’s working in a regional sales role or operational support capacity…or maybe even running your own agency/business one day.

Person specification

Commercially aware and with a genuine desire to develop and progress, you will relish the chance to work in a results-driven, sales led environment, where everyone plays a part. Ideally tenacious by nature, we are looking for excellent communicators and relationship builders, who are great with people, capable of working across different teams and expecting a good degree in any subject area. However, of equal importance, will be a willingness to take on each opportunity that comes your way and consistently challenge yourself to be the best you can be.

Qualifications

You will have obtained a 2:2 degree or above in any subject area
