We have an opportunity for a Estates Coordinator join our West London team for a 3 month Fixed Term Contract with the potential for longer term extension. The salary on offer is from £30,000 + £3,000 car allowance and 10% performance base bonus.
This role involves managing multiple Sites across West London, primarily based at St Charles Hospital. It is a reactive position requiring site attendance at short notice. The Estates Coordinator will oversee the coordination of both in-house and outsourced facilities services, ensuring local site operations meet the needs of colleagues, patients, and visitors in line with NHS policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.

You’re a flexible and motivated individual, ready to respond quickly to site needs, with a customer centric attitude. The ideal candidate will bring real drive to develop excellent working relationships with key stake holders and customers, being the first point of contact for them. This role offers the chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment and is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in Facilities Management.
What you will bring to the role
- Experience in FM desired but not essential
- Ability to work as part of a team but also capable of working independently within appropriate Delivery guidelines
- Excellent people skills and relationship builder
- Demonstrable experience in dealing with Customers, Partners and the public
- Driving Licence and access to vehicle is essential
