What we expect you to do

  • Guide customers through basic product startup, application troubleshooting, and/or maintenance of solutions
  • Be in direct contact with inbound customer requests for technical support
  • Get your hands on industrial products and technologies by helping Technical Support Engineers with system setup and customer issue replication

Whom are we looking for?

  • Education – Pursuing an Engineering degree with preferred majors in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or related field
  • Language – Upper Intermediate or advanced English level, oral and written
  • Excellent internal and external communication
