What we expect you to do
- Guide customers through basic product startup, application troubleshooting, and/or maintenance of solutions
- Be in direct contact with inbound customer requests for technical support
- Get your hands on industrial products and technologies by helping Technical Support Engineers with system setup and customer issue replication
Whom are we looking for?
- Education – Pursuing an Engineering degree with preferred majors in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or related field
- Language – Upper Intermediate or advanced English level, oral and written
- Excellent internal and external communication
