About the Role
You will have the opportunity to work in a wide variety of departments ranging from recruitment through to training & development. This will allow you to have a varied experience where you can apply your talents, giving you the chance to gain a much broader insight into the business as a whole.
What you’ll be doing
Your responsibilities will be dependent on which section of the HR Department you will work in.
What you’ll need
- Your degree must be HR or Business related, and you must have a driving license
- Are able to partake in a 13 month placement as part of their course
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven thinker
- Excellent communication and team-working skills
- Creative and forward-thinking
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced organisation
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications
