Have you ever thought about the potential of joining our Innovation Festival team and taking on the vast opportunities available when working as part of our in-house Creative team? If you take a look at our social media or visit innovationfestival.org you’ll get a taste of the range of activities the business is involved with which need creative input.

Whilst you are with us, you’ll work as part of our Corporate Communications directorate, working closely with our Creative, Marketing, External Communications, Internal Communications, and Innovation teams. About you

You’ll be a passionate creative who is studying for or has recently graduated from a graphic design-related degree. You’ll have strong communication and interpersonal skills and will be able to share your creative ideas with colleagues across the team.

You’ll be good at organising yourself, and managing your time while paying attention to detail, even under pressure, and it will be pressurised at times. You’ll also be able to work independently at times, and at other times as part of a team. On occasions you will need to work in an agile manner to be able to flex quickly from one project to another, and also able to take inspiration from the creative world to use in your work.

We’re looking for a strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, specifically After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, with skills in the fields of animation, print design, and digital design. Skills in other creative areas including videography, photography and illustration would be an added bonus!
