The position

In this exciting role, you’ll help turn complex customer and activity data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organisation. With a strong focus on Power BI, you’ll ensure data accuracy, create impactful reports, and contribute to ongoing optimisation of frontline operations and CRM tools.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and maintain high-quality dashboards and reports in Power BI to support business visibility and performance tracking.
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of customer and activity data across internal systems, including the Data Lake and local reporting environments.
  • Support the use and optimisation of IO Engage as a CRM tool, including training, data input, and aligning usage with business needs.
  • Deliver insights to support sales planning, customer segmentation, targeting, incentive scheme evaluation, and field force performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data needs, support strategic initiatives, and continuously improve reporting processes.

Qualifications

  • Degree in business, finance, statistics, or a related field; business or marketing qualification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics, with a strong focus on Power BI dashboard development and data visualisation.
  • Skilled in data manipulation and analysis using tools like Excel, Power BI, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce.com).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
  • Team-oriented with a good understanding of commercial processes in pharma; NHS knowledge is an advantage.

The Frontline Excellence department at Novo Nordisk United Kingdom in Gatwick is dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and driving performance improvements within a fast-paced environment. Comprising a team of three UK-based executives and three Global Business Services workers, we work collaboratively to implement strategic initiatives and support our frontline teams. Reporting directly to the Frontline Excellence Manager, our team is committed to achieving outstanding results and delivering exceptional value to our stakeholders.
