What does the role involve?

As Graduate – Credit and Risk Support Officer, you will join our European Vendor Finance division in the Credit & Risk team. During the two-year programme, you'll spend time in several key business areas, including, Credit, Asset Management, Collections, and Compliance, so you'll have plenty of opportunities to develop yourself as a professional, and potential leader.

You'll support all EU countries that we operate in, looking at our customers financial statements, and preparing credit papers. You'll work to the enterprise framework and conduct quality assurance testing. You'll also learn how to support customers in financial hardship, and what happens to assets at the end of an agreement.

What you'll do

Some of your key duties will include:

  • Prepare credit applications and perform sanction checks on customers to support the credit decision process
  • Make improvements on overdue debt through collections and recoveries
  • Support with month end reporting
  • Prepare depreciation profiles for assets

What are we looking for?

You'll have recently graduated and achieved a 2:2 or above in your chosen degree.

  • Starting salary of £28,000, increasing to £30,000 in Year 2
