What does the role involve?

As Graduate – Operations Project Executive, you will join our Operations team in our Vehicle Solutions division. During the two-year programme, your time will be focused on supporting the delivery of our strategic operational objectives and projects, so you'll have plenty of opportunities to develop yourself as a professional, and potential leader.

You'll work on the operational implementation of fleet acquisitions, embedding changes and enhancements in how our new customer fleets are managed. You'll look for ways to innovate and automate our systems and processes to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers.

What you'll do

Some of your key duties will include:

  • Work with stakeholders to deliver new service delivery models
  • Gather requirements to implement new supplier contracts
  • Encourage operational standardisation and application of best practice
  • Ensure the business deploys a successful go-live and support with post go-live care
  • Apply project governance and oversight reporting to track delivery against targets

What are we looking for?

You'll have recently graduated and achieved a 2:2 or above in your chosen degree.

  • Starting salary of £28,000, increasing to £30,000 in Year 2
