About the job
OnSite is looking to recruit a talented and motivated graduate to develop within our management team, learning all about our business and a broad range of competencies through a well structured and defined development programme. If you are looking for practical work experience, with the opportunity for further development into a management role, then read on.
You will spend up to two years learning about our business and service offerings, whilst following a development plan that will ensure you really understand how our business works. The successful graduate will gain exposure to many complex areas of our business including contract management, estimating, design and programming, customer service, health and safety as well as financial and commercial issues. Throughout the programme you will be supported both by mentors and managers, who will guide you through your career and development within the business.

You will need a driving licence and be prepared to work, travel and stay away throughout the UK.
