Project Management Graduate Programme 2021
Our mission is to break down the barriers of today to release the potential of tomorrow. Join us today and release yours.
Project Managers here at Openreach make sure strategically important projects and business changes are fully implemented across our business. And given we’ve over 33,000 people, supporting more than 620 Communications Provider customers in connecting more than 25 million UK homes and business to their networks, that’s no mean feat. That’s why as a Graduate Project Manager you might find yourself working on coordinating technology or commercial projects or focusing on transformation programmes to improve our business, network, customer and people experiences.
You’ll begin by supporting our current project managers, gaining confidence and knowledge. You’ll then start to manage your own projects, which will get larger and more complex as your experience grows.
You’ll be working on projects that have a real business impact and you’ll rotate across the different units in Openreach allowing you to gain experience in each function. It’s not just about Project Management though. Whilst on the scheme you’ll have the opportunity to develop a range of other skills such as stakeholder and change management. All together it will give you all the skills and experience you need to kick-start a fantastic career in Openreach.
Achieved a 2.1 in any degree discipline.
