Join as a Mid Market Sales Development Intern (12 Months)

What You'll Do

Join a fun and flexible workplace where you’ll enhance your skills and build a solid professional foundation developing skills in sales, marketing and business operations, . As the Mid-market Sales Development Intern you will:

  • Be part of a winning team supporting building mid-market pipeline to 5x sales budget coverage
  • Support the delivery of Demand Generation activities like customer events, webinars, white papers, be an all round social media whizz on team website and videos
  • Support campaigns and demand generation activities based around specific marketing activities and sales plays, offering creative input on how we can make the roll out fun to the sales teams, via calling days and competitions
  • Support the team communicate success through regular reporting both commercial and activity led via the regular Mid Market newsletters
  • Support and lead on a volunteering event, giving back to the community.

The Mid-market Sales Development Intern has objectives to achieve these goals through

  1.  Successful planning and execution of Sales Development led campaign activities to support pipeline growth of the Mid-market sales organisation across Western Europe
  2. Support allocated campaign activities to drive attendance, awareness, messaging and content to influence mid-market customers and Oracle channel partners
  3. Report and tack core metrics for the team to the wider sales community

What You’ll Bring

Let’s see what you can achieve when you dare to be yourself. What we are looking for in terms of skills and experience is:

  • A strong academic record and to be on track for a 2:1 or a 1st
  • Undergraduate students completing a university placement programme
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English which will be mostly, Powerpoint, Word and email
  • Ability to use Excel to an intermediary level (VLookUp, Pivot Tables etc)
  • Ability to offer creative thought and content like team videos
  • A methodical approach to work and good attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm and the willingness and desire to learn
  • A commercial understanding
  • To be a positive team player as well as self motivated to work independently
  • To be studying for a business or marketing degree
