A rare opportunity has opened up for an Intern to join our Recruitment/HR team and gain valuable work experience within a busy and exciting function. This role is perfect for someone looking to learn and launch a career in Recruitment & HR.

This is a hybrid role where you are expected to be in the London office 2 days a week.  The role is full time for a 6-month period.

What to expect

  • Exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle; from headcount review and role approval to preparing job offers for successful candidates
  • You will assist in candidate sourcing strategies and CV screening
  • You will gain experience with LinkedIn 
  • You will work to support the Recruitment team with interview scheduling and candidate management
  • You will gain a deeper understanding of  how different roles and functions interact to sustain a global, successful business
  • You will participate to HR and Recruitment team meetings to discuss challenges and how we overcome these as a team 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology or related field
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • A proactive personality who takes pride in truly 'owning' their work
  • A creative mindset, ready to think of and try new things
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
