Are you our new DCM Analyst? Are you looking to join a successful, established team where you can utilise your skills and experience?
You will be joining a team of two and will need to be organised, proactive, hands on, outgoing, and forward thinking. This is a busy and fast paced department but the rewards are many and this is a great time to be joining us.
Working in our fast paced, successful DCM team in either our Cardiff or Uxbridge office, with occasional travel to our other offices, there has never been a better time to join Pepper Money, a specialist mortgage lender backed by a global financial institution offering first and second charge loans.
What you will be doing
Your key responsibilities in your new role will include managing specific loan portfolios and related funding facilities, ensuring cash flow management is carried out effectively and ensuring that sufficient funds are available to meet our lending pipeline, whilst minimising costs and managing the continuing requirements of our various funding lines.
As you will be predominantly working on warehousing securitizations, previous experience gained within a similar setting such as banking or any other FCA regulated organisation would be an advantage.
You must be analytical, have strong attention to detail, have a mathematical mindset and a proven track record of managing the detail! You will be preparing and delivering reports to stakeholders as well as working on projects so experience in these areas would be an advantage.
What we are looking for
- Some degree of experience within a similar role or organisation
- Maths qualification
- Strong Excel experience
- Understanding of industry – simply how mortgages work!
