The PWP Difference
Our intern and graduate programmes aren't like others in the industry. At just 13 years old, PWP is a still-young firm; working with our team gives you the opportunity to help build a brand and scale a business while providing high-end advisory services to some of the most innovative and prestigious companies around the world.
Our business is designed for you to have direct access to seniors - working on transformational transactions with high client exposure and responsibility. The learning curve is steep and we’re committed to excellence, from top to bottom.
Unlike working at a large firm, you’ll never be another cog in the wheel. What do we need from you? An entrepreneurial mindset.
Graduate Analysts who join our advisory platform have a truly distinctive experience. PWP offers an entrepreneurial culture where Analysts interact with senior advisors and clients, and make meaningful contributions from the start to high profile, complex engagements and transactions.
After joining, Graduate Analysts participate in a global four-week training programme in New York, which provides you with the essential tools and a solid foundation, to not only do your role well but excel at it. Our apprenticeship model encourages you to observe and comprehend the nuances of each transaction, and Graduate Analysts are expected to take on an outsized level of responsibility from the outset.
Whilst assignments vary day-to-day, typical tasks include:
- Analysis of company and industry specific financial information including business plan forecasts and valuation
- Creation of presentations to reflect analyses in a clear and concise matter
- Coordination of execution of advisory mandates as part of a deal team
Each year, we receive thousands of applications to our Intern and Graduate Programmes. We only hire those with the right PWP blend of intelligence, commercial thinking and personality.
We screen each application and provide a highly communicative and detailed process that ensures we hire the most talented individuals.
