What to expect

During your 10 week summer internship you will get a first-hand experience of what a career in marketing with P&G involves, and if it is right for you.

From Day 1, you will be working on live business projects and expected to dive straight in and take the lead. Previous internship projects cover topics such as analysing a new Pampers product launch, making a recommendation to accelerate our Gillette business on Amazon and creating a new TikTok strategy for Herbal Essences.

Each intern receives a customized learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentoring and training as they deliver their work. This role is based in our UK Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey which is an easy commute from London with regular trains from London Waterloo and Clapham Junction and a free shuttle service from the station to the office. 

What you will gain

Responsibilities and Real Work from Day1:  You will be given specific projects and responsibilities working on real and live business challenges, just like a true P&Ger.

Continuous training & coaching:  You will work with passionate people and receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager.

Full Time Role:  Successful interns have the potential to secure a full-time position with P&G after graduation. As a 'build from within' company, our people start at entry level and progress through the organization. What we look for

  • University students, graduating in 2025 or 2026.
  • Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities. Tell us what you’re proud of – be it playing a musical instrument or holding down a job alongside your studies. We want to get to know you during your application and encourage you to include examples that demonstrate our Peak Performance Behaviors including what actions you took and the results you achieved in your CV.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and strong analytical capability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written English language skills.

Right to work

For our internship roles, you will need to provide your own right to work in the UK for the full duration of your internship without requiring sponsorship from P&G. Note, this will require your right to work permission to be valid between 1st July 2025 and 5th September 2025 for a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.

Start date

The internship's duration is from July 1st, 2025, until September 5th, 2025. We expect interns to be available for the full duration of the internship.
