    You are responsible for

    Support Corrections & Removals activities in the Post Market Surveillance area:

    • Submission of Field Safety Notifications to customers
    • Management of customers’ replies
    • Management of Quality Work Orders in the Philips tool

    You are a part of

    Our Western European Quality organizations team working with post-Market organization supporting UKI, France and Iberia and our UKI Quality team.

    To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

    • Communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to cooperate with other functions in the organization
    • Educational level: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
    • Speaking, understanding and writing fluently in English. Understanding of French and Spanish writing is a plus
    • Quality mindset and attention to details
    • Experience in Microsoft Office and Main Browsers is a must. Previous experience in working with Enterprise Business applications like ServiceMax/SalesForce/SAP is an advantage
    • Knowledge of EU MDR, ISO standards 9001 and 13485 is recommended.
