About the Role 

This role will give you the knowledge, qualifications, and hands-on support for a career in Building Surveying, and a chance to join a leading UK multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy. You will also be supported through your APC on your journey to become a Chartered Surveyor.

Duties as Graduate Building Surveyor include:

  • Prepare surveys, designs, reports, and contract documents, including drawings
  • General administration of team projects
  • Manage small / medium sized projects as appropriate
  • Attend meetings / presentations where appropriate
  • Undertake on-site or other survey work
  • Develop client relationships

About You

Essential Requirements

  • Relevant degree qualification
  • Ideally work placement or internship experience in a relevant role

You are a confident verbal communicator and have strong written communication skills. You are self-motivated and driven for progressive and continued learning. You can work as part of a team but also take a proactive approach and can work off initiative. You are flexible and adaptable to a varied and changing workload.

This role is based in our High Holborn Office, however there will a requirement to travel to other sites / offices so a full UK driving license is also required.
