Our 4-day Women’s Insight Program aims to help inform, mentor, and prepare selected attendees for a career in investment banking by providing them with the opportunity to take part in:

  • Shadowing and mentorship from junior bankers
  • Interactive senior banker discussions
  • Skills based workshops 
  • Case study presentations 
  • Networking with bankers across all levels and groups

Strong attendees of the program who demonstrate the qualities we look for at PJT will be offered an opportunity to be fast-tracked to the interview process for our 2023 Summer Analyst Program in London.

Eligibility

Female students in their first year of a 3-year university or second year of a 4-year university. Expected graduation in 2024.

Application Instruction

To be considered for the 2022 Women’s Insight Program, applicants must complete the below requirements:

  • Submit Application for the 2022 Women’s Insight Program (click apply below) – CV must be in PDF format with university grades included. 
  • Written Response: On the second page of your CV document, please include a 200-300 word response to the following prompt:
  • “In your view, what value does diversity have in ensuring the success of a firm and its employees, and how do you see yourself contributing to that at PJT Partners and in your career?”
  • Complete Suited Assessment.
  • Suited is an A.I. powered assessment driven screening tool that uses assessments to holistically and objectively measure traits and characteristics that can be better predictors of success at PJT. Please ensure you use the same email address used for your PJT application when registering on Suited. Please complete each question through the end of the survey.  A “Profile Complete” badge will appear once complete - there is no final “Submit” button.
