The Role

You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition and Development Manager, who is very passionate about mentoring and developing junior HR & Recruitment talent as well as delivering a superb service for both candidates and colleagues.

At Plural Strategy you will be given responsibilities from day one and more opportunities as you learn and develop. From mentoring and learning on the job, to more formal training and even potentially formal qualifications, such as your CIPD. 

Our office is in the heart of Covent Garden, ideally situated for the buzz of London. We have an open modern space, filled with plants and natural light, with lots of areas for collaboration and discussions, as well as a roof terrace for Friday night drinks in the summertime. 

Key Responsibilites

  • Ensuring our HR system, BambooHR, is always accurate and updated
  • Help guide candidates through the entire candidate journey, from scheduling and attending events, through to screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, feedback calls and assisting with offers
  • Assisting with the onboarding process
  • Scheduling training sessions and monitoring and maintaining L&D records
  • Maintaining the recruiting inbox and ensuring all queries and questions are answered promptly
  • Ensuring data is accurate and up to date in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
  • Drafting and sending employment letters & other HR paperwork
  • Identifying process improvements and ways to streamline and improve current processes
  • Support the People team with ad-hoc tasks and projects

Requirements

  • Strong academic background (degree preferred)
  • A keen interest in developing a career within the HR and Recruitment space
  • Organised with a great attention to detail
  • An open mind and a drive to learn new skills and develop
  • A team player who would thrive in our collaborative culture
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
