About the role

We are looking for a candidate that is passionate about delivering world-class service to customers and keen to grow their career in Project Management. You will work closely with other members of the Delivery team and wider project teams to plan, manage and execute successful customer projects.

Your responsibilities

  • Developing project plans and managing delivery to timescale, cost and quality
  • Working with clients to analyse and document processes, defining how psKINETIC products and services can best be used to return measurable business value
  • Running workshops to define and agree requirements
  • Translating requirements into functional specifications for the Engineering team to develop and configure psKINETIC products
  • Working closely with the Engineering team to support the execution of sprints as the owner of the requirements
  • Coordinating client stakeholders and internal teams such as Managed Services and Sales
  • Working across different stages of the project lifecycle such as high-level scoping, detailed design and post-implementation quality assurance
  • Running internal, continuous improvement projects

About you

  • Top academics 2:1 or higher at degree level in a STEM subject from a well-regarded university
  • A’s or B’s at A-level (or international equivalent)
  • Experience of a year in industry, internships, or an extracurricular project is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional organisational skills and self-motivated
  • Logical and clear thinker with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and process-oriented
  • Confident and resilient
  • A real interest in technology

What you'll get

Salary: £24,000 per annum. Salary is reviewed every 12 months and we have a strong track record of rewarding our people for their contribution to our business.
