This role is working within the Customer Experience team in the Resident Services Group assisting the project team with the delivery and implementation of the Channel Choice Strategy.  This role will help to improve the range of methods our customers interact with our Councils; reducing the volume of telephone calls to our Customer Service team whilst maintain and improving customer satisfaction.

You will need

  • Studying towards, or recently achieved a degree in Digital solutions, Data analytics or Big data
  • Be able to undertake comprehensive research on Digital solutions
  • Be able to investigate and present options to enable our remote working capabilities
  • The ability to review our online forms and implement alternative modern digital solutions
