Are you curious about the world of digital advertising? Passionate about social media, data, or tech? Looking to launch a career in one of the UK’s top media agencies?

We’re currently hiring for three exciting entry-level roles within our digital activation teams across Paid Social, Programmatic, and Biddable Media. When you apply, you’ll be considered for all three areas and matched based on your interests, strengths, and team needs

 

🔍 What is a Digital Executive?

As a Digital Executive, you’ll help bring advertising campaigns to life — from setting up ads and managing budgets, to analysing performance data and optimising results for some of the world’s biggest brands. You don’t need experience in media – just curiosity, great attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided.

 

💻 Role Overviews

👉 Paid Social Executive
You’ll work with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn to support the planning, setup, and optimisation of social media ad campaigns. You’ll help monitor campaign results, track spend, and gather insights to improve performance.

👉 Programmatic Executive
You’ll manage advertising that’s bought in real time through automated platforms (think digital display banners and video ads). You’ll be involved in campaign setup, daily checks, data analysis and keeping things running smoothly.

👉 Biddable Executive
In this role, you’ll help manage campaigns across platforms like Google, Amazon or YouTube. You’ll build reports, monitor budgets, and support the team with analysis and campaign optimisation to hit client goals.

Responsibilities

• Support in setting up and launching digital ad campaigns
• Monitor performance and track budgets
• Analyse data and build simple reports
• Optimise campaigns to improve performance (don’t worry—we’ll teach you how!)
• Stay up to date with industry trends and tools
• Collaborate with internal teams and sometimes join client calls or meetings

Qualifications

  • A strong interest in digital media, advertising, or marketing
  • Comfortable working with numbers and keen to develop Excel skills (training provided)
  • A team player who’s proactive, organised and eager to learn
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Curious, analytical mindset and a great attention to detail
