What's the job?
We're on the hunt for a Performance Planning Executive – Google Paid Search & Shopping to join our dynamic and fast-growing performance marketing team! This exciting entry-level role focuses on crafting and implementing cutting-edge paid search strategies that help our clients thrive. You'll be a key player in driving performance marketing success, with an emphasis on strategic thinking, data-driven insights, and innovation—rather than just managing campaigns.
What will you be doing?
- Helping to shape strategic paid search frameworks that align with client goals
- Collaborating with activation teams to bring these strategies to life through impactful campaigns
- Analysing campaign data to uncover game-changing insights and opportunities
- Assisting in the development of testing frameworks and experiments to fuel continuous improvement
- Contributing to the creation of compelling strategic recommendations and presentations for clients
- Keeping an eye on emerging trends and new opportunities in the world of paid search
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our paid search efforts sync with wider marketing goals
- Participating in brainstorming sessions to spark fresh ideas and strategic plans
- Gaining expertise in advanced Google Ads features and staying ahead of the curve with beta programs

Qualifications
What are we looking for? •
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decisions
- Interest in digital marketing strategy and paid search
- Basic understanding of paid search (experience not required)

- Strong academic background, preferably in a numerical or analytical field
