Overview
As a Media Investment Account Executive, you'll be the go-to support for the Investment Account Manager, collaborating with account teams, clients, and suppliers to deliver top-notch media planning and buying. Your role is pivotal in ensuring campaigns hit their targets and resonate with audiences. We're looking for someone who's passionate about media, naturally curious, solution-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Planning & Management: Assist in planning and managing advertising campaigns across various media channels, including audio and visual, for diverse clients.
- Negotiation & Media Buying: Collaborate with media partners to secure optimal placements and value for campaigns, ensuring we reach the right audiences.
- Administrative Support: Take ownership of campaign administrative tasks, from approvals to final checks and budgeting.
- Reporting & Analysis: Compile clear and insightful post-campaign reports to evaluate performance and inform future strategies.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to meet key performance targets and specific audit requirements.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the media landscape, sharing valuable insights with the team.
- Innovation & Improvement: Embrace new technologies, tools, and methodologies to continuously enhance campaign delivery.
Qualifications
- Tech-Savvy: Strong interest in using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (training provided to build skills further).
- Detail-Oriented: Passionate about delivering high-quality work with great attention to detail.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with others both in person and over the phone.
- Team Player: A true team player who brings a positive, inclusive attitude to every project.
- Proactive & Dedicated: Committed and proactive, always willing to go the extra mile to get things done.
- Quick Learner: Able to stay organised and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
