Job description

This is an entry level role within the PG One Investment team.

Working within the UK media function for Publicis Groupe’s single largest client, with a spend in the UK and Ireland of over $200Million USD, P&G UK&I.

The Investment Team sit within PGOne and hold the buying briefs for all media for Procter & Gamble.

As an Investment Executive you will sit within a team of which is responsible for the implementation and buying media across all P&G brands.  These cover sectors as diverse as Razors, Haircare, Femcare, and Homecare. 

The Investment Team is driven by defined measurables and accountability and we are second to none in terms of the quality and control delivered to our client. You will understand and learn how consumers of P&G products behave, who they are and how they consume media.  The scale and intensity of the account means that it is a fantastic training ground in buying excellence.

You will be working across a number of brands across a selection of mediums, mainly TV and will be ensuring implementation of deals and delivery of targets and results. 

Key responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute TV advertising campaigns for all P&G brands, including airtime selection, daily trading, and monitoring to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Contractor Liaison and Negotiation: Coordinate and negotiate with TV and VoD contractors to meet and exceed campaign targets, and reconcile scheduling terms.
  • Team and Market Updates: Provide regular updates to the team, stay informed on market changes, and share relevant insights.
  • Client Collaboration and Implementation: Work closely with business teams and clients to meet campaign objectives, and plan and deliver non-TV media campaigns.
  • Best Practices and Relationships: Maintain best practice guidelines across categories and build strong relationships with media owners for future opportunities.

An Investment Manager will be your line manager and you will have considerable exposure to the Investment Director.  You will also be working closely with a Senior Executive who will coach and supervise you to ensure delivery of results as well as your development.
