Working locally and globally we service client accounts across Publics Media’s three UK agencies; Zenith, Starcom, and Spark Foundry. Often working alongside other Publicis practices and services we collaborate to deliver best-in-class work with seamless project management.
The PMC team is 70+ strong and growing. Media partnerships is at the heart of what we do, working with broadcasters, social media publishers, print partners, and increasingly gaming and metaverse partners, we activate over 100 campaigns each year. We have a growing team of social and influencer specialists producing content to fulfill client needs in paid and owned channels. The fastest-growing part of the team are our content insight consultants.

About the role
Reporting into the Social Media Manager, you will support with the execution of multiple campaigns across a range of clients and sectors.
You will be responsible for supporting with the day-to-day management of social media campaigns, including content creation, community management and reporting of campaign performance for your clients.
Key responsibilities
- Support your manager with content creation, community management and the day-to-day tasks associated with delivering a social media campaign
- Assist in the creation and development of weekly, monthly and post campaign reports, providing insights and recommendations
- Manage small-scale social content projects and tasks such as monthly content calendars, posting and scheduling of content across social media channels
- Produce deliverables in Excel, Word and PowerPoint with accuracy and attention to detail
- Prioritise work-load, manage tasks and liaise with team members on a daily basis to ensure
projects are delivered on time - Follow established guidelines and processes whilst having the confidence to ask questions
- Develop an understanding of all Publicis Media brands, services and practices

Qualifications
Essential skills and experience
- Strong passion for creating social media content and managing social media communities
- Flexible and hard working - used to working to deadlines and under pressure
- Good knowledge of all social platforms including but not limited to Facebook, X, TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Snapchat
- Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
