Quadmark's Graduate Programme
What’s on offer?
Quadmark is a creative training agency. For the last 20 years, we’ve been at the cutting edge of training design and delivery, focusing on the learner experience to create innovative sales enablement, onboarding, and people development programmes.
We’re looking for enterprising individuals to join our Graduate Programme to work with some of the biggest tech companies in the world and help us shape the future of training, driving growth and productivity across the globe.
We particularly welcome applications from people from various backgrounds and traditionally under-represented groups, as we value having a variety of voices, thoughts, and perspectives at Quadmark. Our working environment encourages every individual's unique contribution, enabling our employees to thrive and achieve their full potential.
About us
As a specialised training agency, we think differently about the customer experience. Working with a range of clients from startups to global tech powerhouses including Google, Waymo, Airthings, Wejo, and HMD, among others, we develop one-of-a-kind training solutions to launch products, drive post-sales engagement, and build brand advocacy along the way. We also build onboarding and upskilling programmes for our clients.
With a talented team of consultants, content creators, project managers, trainers, designers, and digital experts, we strive to make a difference with our work. We love working with fast-paced and continuously evolving organisations because we understand what it takes to inspire change and learning in our tech-focused world.
About the role
Do you want to be a part of a company where your work truly makes an impact? As a member of our graduate team, you’ll have the opportunity to experience all areas of our growing business, from account management and content creation to business development, and everything in between. Starting with a 3-week training programme, you’ll then rotate through several of our biggest account teams. You’ll be exposed to the ins and outs of learning and development; from adult learning theory to tech sales enablement, event management to gamification and so much more throughout our 2-year graduate programme.
Ready to roll up your sleeves and get started? We're looking for solution-focused, creative, business-minded individuals to join our programme. We mostly work remotely but you’ll have video access to Quadmarkers from around the globe and the use of our office spaces (come in when you want, if you want!) in London and Norwich.

About you
This role might be right for you if you are looking for your first career opportunity and will be ready to start with us in September 2022. It will be essential that you are fluent in written and verbal English for this role, and knowledge and understanding of additional languages are a plus. We use Google Workspace to collaborate with each other, so familiarity with these apps would be a plus, but training will be provided.
Additional perks
Our remote working culture allows us to collaborate with our teams across countries and time zones. We work hard to achieve our goals but we recognise the importance of building a comfortable work-life balance for all. Quadmark has company-wide initiatives such as wellbeing activities, recognition programmes, Quadmark wellbeing days, a ‘Bucket List’ prize draw, and other company perks to ensure our employees feel valued. Being engaged is incredibly important, but time away is just as valuable and makes the quality of our work better.
Thanks to fun regional and global offsites, we complement our online connections with in-person trips for invaluable facetime and team building. Recent events in Chamonix, Devon, and Edinburgh helped bring our team from around the globe together to connect, collaborate, and continue to drive growth and engagement.
Join us for this exciting opportunity to build your career and network alongside some of the best people in training, learning and development, for some of the largest global tech companies. As one of our team put it, ‘If you want to work with some of the biggest tech companies in the world, gain lots of experience, and try a variety of roles, QM is a great place.’
