Position overview

To provide an effective support to the Learning and Development team, supporting the maintenance and delivery of learning intervention projects, people development and core training delivery as part of the wider team.  To deliver learning for professional development as part of their development in L&D. To manage in the administration of learning activities and processes where possible. To understand, implement and adhere to the company relevant policies and support all administration in learning.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • To provide an efficient, courteous and professional approach to learning and development requests
  • To design and deliver learning as part of their development into L&D
  • Support in the delivery of mandatory training to employees
  • Ensure correct internal and external distribution of correspondence, training information and invoices as appropriate
  • Support the delivery and maintenance of training, equipment and stock of materials
  • To record and convey accurately and at the appropriate time incoming or outgoing messages
  • Utilise technology to the full and ensure work is progressed effectively
  • Prioritise workload
  • Maintain confidentiality of private and confidential information
  • Support the production and collation of information for reporting purposes
  • Ensure that emails are dealt with appropriately and in a timely fashion
  • Communicate effectively with the L&D team and other business units to support and enable efficient coordination of learning events.
  • Event management with an eye for detail
  • Market the Learning Portal and Learning across EMEA
