About the opportunity
You will be part of our wider project management community assisting with the delivery of a wide range of construction projects in the UK and overseas for both the public and private sectors. You will collaborate with your colleagues to play a role in defining and delivering on a on a wide range of schemes including highways, energy, rail infrastructure, active travel and aviation. The work is very exciting and involves dealing with clients and a broad range of stakeholders. Each day as a graduate will offer new opportunities and challenges, ensuring no two days feel the same. You will be working under supervision of experienced Project Managers.
Our Project Management team is primarily located in Dublin. We work closely alongside our global colleagues including teams in the UK.
Your skills and experience
From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:
- Having completed a BEng, MEng or MSc level degree in a in a building/civil engineering or related discipline or construction/project management
- Candidates must be able to provide police certificates (or similar) for all countries they have lived in over the last 5 years for the purpose of security clearance
- An understanding of health and safety legislation
- An understanding of the various types of procurement methods for construction projects and the contract/commercial administration requirements.
- Ability to write high quality reports
