REFY are seeking a highly organised Retail Administrative Intern to assist our Retail Area Sales Manager in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within our retail department.
What you'll be doing
- Holiday Logging: Maintain accurate records of employee holidays and absences, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Timesheets: Assist in the collection and processing of timesheets for retail staff, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Creation of Presentations: Support in the creation and formatting of presentations for internal meetings, sales pitches, and training sessions.
- Retail Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer preferences to support decision-making within the retail department.
- Training Set-Up: Assist in organizing training sessions for retail staff, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation of training materials.
- Travel Booking: Coordinate travel arrangements for the Retail Area Sales Manager, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Tester Orders: Manage the ordering and distribution of product testers to retail locations, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
