How will you make an impact?

The Wholesale, Logistics & Supply Chain intern will assist the overall business and mainly for sell-out reports UK, sell-out reports HQ, SWM report, model stock for Key Accounts, ad hoc analysis and competitor analysis, introduction of Booster.

Sales, Logistic and Supply Chain Support

  • General support of Logistic and supply chain team
  • Handling of the sales enquiry email
  • SAP order placing
  • Administration of the Return to Vendor
  • Administration of the Staff sales
  • General customer enquiries
  • Coordinate E-retailer images and product description
  • Delivery tracking & advising delivery status to customers
  • Processing items received into main office. e.g. post, returns, samples
  • Liaison with Finance department for customer credit releases.

Business Analyst and Reporting

  • Support and analyse monthly sell-out reports UK, sell-out reports HQ, SWM report
  • ad hoc analysis and competitor analysis
  • Support for model stock process

Customer Relationship Management / Booster

  • Responsible for Booster rollout and monthly sell out reporting

Events & Exhibitions

  • Support individual points of sale events & activities
  • Administration support and coordination with logistics for all products and furniture associated to retail points of sale events and exhibitions (transfers, logistics liaison)
