    Join us for a 10-week summer internship and you'll find yourself at the heart of our business, gaining insight and experience into the huge breadth of the work we do. Working on interesting projects with great people in areas as diverse as supply chain and strategy, innovation, commercial and contracts – building your business skills along the way.

    What you’ll do on the programme

    This is a fantastic opportunity to get a real insight into our business and contribute to solving challenges that impact various areas of our business, from strategy to innovation, customer management to procurement and more.

    You’ll be placed in one of our business areas, Civil Aerospace, Defence, Electrical, Group IT, Group Business Services or Submarines. You could see for yourself how we negotiate contracts on a global level, or provide support to our commercial team in Derby, home to the world’s largest and smartest indoor aerospace testbed. Or you might be involved helping purchase the parts for a highly efficient jet engine, a building or IT system.

    Thanks to a combination of digital learning and on-the-job training, you’ll build a wealth of new skills with the help of industry experts. People who are as invested in your success as you are.
