Our Driving Diversity Spring Insight Programmes offers a unique opportunity for students from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds who will finish their education in 2024 to take their crucial first steps in their career journey by joining us for two days to learn about the dynamic, diverse and challenging world of investment banking. You will meet and learn from inspiring experts within the bank, meet our graduates, complete case studies, visit the trading floor and network with members of our Multicultural Employee Alliance Employee resource group. You will experience firsthand RBC’s culture, which was ranked #2 in the global “Top 25 Most Diverse & Inclusive Companies” in the 2021 Refinitiv Diversity & Inclusion Index.
The Spring Insight Programme will take place across two days in late March or early April 2022.
