About the role

An opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Administrator to join Royal Holloway’s Marketing Group at a time of exciting growth.

The Marketing Group creatively brings to life Royal Holloway’s stories; both to engage and bring in new students and showcase the University on the global stage. By supporting the academic Marketing team with the smooth running of essential administrative tasks that underpin delivery of their work, this role will expand our capacity to tell that story at a key time for the University following the launch of our new strategy, RH2030s.

The right candidate will have some experience of working in a professional environment, handling different kinds of administrative processes and data, and be familiar with Microsoft Office software. If you’re organised, a problem-solver, can work to deadlines, and enjoy working with people, we’d like to hear from you.

We’re interested to hear from those interested in developing or continuing an administrative career, or those thinking of making a move into marketing – the role will provide plenty of opportunity to gain experience in both.

What we offer

In return we offer a highly competitive rewards and benefits package including:

  • Generous annual leave entitlement
  • Training and Development opportunities
  • Pension Scheme with generous employer contribution
  • Various schemes including Cycle to Work, Season Ticket Loans and help with the cost of Eyesight testing.
