Join our award-winning team and help the nation enjoy better bone health. We’re a dedicated, inspiring and forward-thinking healthcare charity and our mission is to improve the bone health of the nation and prevent osteoporosis by influencing healthcare providers and professionals; supporting services to help our beneficiaries; and drive research.

We’re proud to have a committed, highly engaged workforce, as shown by our employee engagement rating and we want to attract the brightest and the best to help us beat this condition and change society for the better.

Over recent years, the ROS has successfully influenced significant policy change. We’ve persuaded the government and opposition parties in England to commit to universal coverage of Fracture Liaison Services (FLS) by 2030.

We’ve supported the roll-out of universal FLS coverage in Wales, and successfully campaigned for a new audit of FLSs in Scotland. These milestones reflect our growing impact in the public policy arena, as we drive improvements in care and outcomes for people living with osteoporosis.
