What does our outsourcing team do?
Our team is often the first port-of-call for organisations that need business support. We help clients with a wide range of services - anything from bookkeeping and preparing management accounts, to working alongside payroll services and HR teams.
The work we carry out is tailored to the specific needs of the client, so no two days are the same. By carrying out these functions, we help our clients better manage their business. Our work removes obstacles to growth and frees up management’s time, so they concentrate on other priorities such as developing and growing the business.

At RSM, you’ll be a key member of our team from day one. You’ll get involved in client work very quickly, working as part of a team, speaking to clients, developing client relationships, dealing with queries and delivering projects. You’ll access top quality career development opportunities. Alongside hands-on experience, you’ll benefit from on-the-job training from senior members of the team and gain access to our internal training courses that will help you develop in the role.
When you join this team you will work towards the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualification.
What we look for
Our team specialises in forming strong working relationships with clients, so we’re on the lookout for team players with excellent communication skills. You’ll be juggling multiple projects and working to tight deadlines, so excellent time management is also important. A curiosity about how businesses work will also help you stand out and while you don’t have to be a maths genius, you will need to be comfortable with numbers.
