Job Description

This 3 year Graduate programme is designed to give the successful candidate experience of working in our Finance department and a solid start to a career in Finance. Our Finance Graduates will gain valuable experience within a range of Finance departments, including Finance Operations, Accounting and Reporting, Tax and Treasury.

The role allows the Graduate to build knowledge of multiple Finance functions on rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be assigned to a specific Finance function for 6 x 6 months rotation periods
  • Help to ensure our Finance activity within our business is fully supported
  • Act as subject matter expert in Finance activities when dealing with business stakeholders
  • Support graduate manager in preparation of accounting documents, processing transactions
  • Support graduate manager in ad hoc tasks and project support as required
  • Shadow graduate manager in review meetings, taking notes when required
  • Gain all-around business knowledge on rotational basis with focus of each function
  • Travel within UK available to gain better understanding of functions priorities through face-to-face work experience in London and Newcastle

Entry Requirements

A relevant business degree, or an alternative degree supported by a keen interest in pursuing a career in Finance.
