Job Description

As a part of the Sage Product and Design team, you will be contributing to the evolution of the Sage products. You will work with the development, QA and UX teams to identify our customer needs and develop the product in order to meet those needs.

You will help designing, delivering, and maintaining high quality solutions that contribute to the success of Sage and that of our customers. You will have a deep understanding of the customer problems through user research and translate that understanding into a fantastic product for our users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research to understand our users and the problems they face.
  • Conduct research into our competitors and the marketplace.
  • Be the ‘Voice of the Customer’ in all interactions.
  • Work with the development, QA and UX teams to ideate solutions to solve customer problems.
  • Create well written user stories including defining acceptance criteria.
  • Support agile processes including sprint refinement and backlog prioritization.
  • Complete supporting documentation for developments.
  • Provide stakeholders with visibility and understanding of the value being prioritised and delivered.
  • Work closely with product owners to assist them in prioritization, research and delivery.

Entry Requirements

A relevant STEM, Management or Analytics degree, or an alternative degree supported by a keen interest in pursuing a career in Business Analysis, or Solution design.
